One place I want to take my family on vacation is Puerto Rico. It has 270 miles of coastline beaches that would be heaven to play on and enjoy the natural beauty around me. Miles and miles of sparkling blue water and white sandy beaches with amazing greenery not far behind you. These beaches are featured in the Top 10 beaches from Travel Channel. At the top of my places to visit when I get there will be Falmenco Beach in Culebra. It is one of the best beaches in the world, and I would spend a whole day there! Another thing I would want to do is visit the only rainforest under US Nation Park Service – the El Yunque Rainforest. What an amazing experience that would be, to see a rainforest and climb to the clouds.

Don't forget to include Bioluminescent bays as one of your stops while you are there. You will be able to glow like an Angel in the water. I know that my kids would love this as much as me, and have fun stories to tell for years to come. You can visit the rare ecosystem, by taking a kayak or electric pontoon out into the bay and watching the water glow neon green all around you at Mosquito Bay. 

It is really easy to travel to Puerto Rico. You don't need a passport or foreign money. You can just plan your trip, get on the plane, and head out. This is a big plus for our family since it is so big, and that cuts down on a lot of hassle.

If you know your history (and even if you don't) you will love the charm and old world feel of San Juan. If you are feeling adventurous, you will want to enjoy horse back riding (I would love to do this along the beaches), or even the magnificent Camuy caverns. The Camuy caverns run through the third largest subterranean river in the world. All of these amazing experience are going to work up appetite – so you will want to enjoy the delicacies of Puerto Rico and all they have to offer.
