Buddy V’s Las Vegas Review

On our trip to Las Vegas we wanted to visit the most romantic and amazing places we could find. While we were looking for places to eat around the city, we were told that Buddy V’s Las Vegas had to be on that list. I am so glad that we were able to eat there. It is a great place not just for a romantic meal, but also for families alike. It can accommodate everyone and be perfect for each occasion at the same time.

“CAKE BOSS”. Need I say more? Buddy Valastro the owner and operator of Buddy V’ Las Vegas Ristoriante fine Italian dining at the Palazzo has overdone himself with one of the best italian eateries in Vegas. I’m often skeptical of the buffet experience in Vegas, but I’ve got to hand it to this one, they are hands down tasty!! The atmosphere and décor is elegant yet very stylish in a sleek and warm way.

The food is excellent in every aspect. I had a little of everything because it all looked so fabulous and I didn’t want to let myself go without trying something and then regretting it later.A few of my favorites were the Spicy Italian sausage, grandma’s meatballs, pizza, tiramisu, but my overall favorite was the chicken parmesan. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the sauce must have been a family secret recipe because it made my mouth water for more. My wifes favorites were the Panettone French Toast and the warm Crespelle’s (with the warm melted chocolate and whip cream toppings).

The salad bar honed a delicious array of favorites with the Caesars salad, shrimp, and cocktail sauce topping my list. Several different types of exotic cheese and golden fresh baked bread lined the tables. The dessert table was loaded with all of your favorites from cannolis to Italian cookies that inspired you to eat more because they were so good. I got a little of everything, even the zonuts and it was all amazing. You can see Buddy V’s full BRUNCH menu here.

For those of you who don’t care to do the buffet, they have a fabulous menu and a full bar. The staff was very friendly, and we never even had to ask for our drinks to be refilled. Overall, we had a fabulous experience there, and it will now be a place we go to eat every time we visit Las Vegas. It is that good. The only complaint that I have is, I didn’t have room to eat any more. 😉
